I just found another hole to view private profiles, and this one can’t be controlled by myspace.
NOTE: This won’t work for all profiles, and only works for profiles that have been public within the last month or so.

Code to view private MySpace comments was posted over at The Edge of I-Hacked this past weekend. Seeing that this is a very simple hack, and would be really easy to patch, it probably won’t last too long.

OK, i’ve had this code to view private comments for a few days and i told The Geek about it, but she told me i could not post it yet..

Another Hack to View Private MySpace Pictures and Comments
This is another hack that will allow you to view pictures and comments on a private profile.
First, find the ID for the myspace profile. In the hacks below, include it where you see the following… XXXXXX
To view pictures in a private profile:

Replace the XXXXXX with the friend ID

Hey guys.. I’ve been workin’ very hard on cracking the private profile thing and I’m makin good progress.. Keep checkin back for a new way… I’m workin on a variety of ways including disabling CSS and recoding the persons myspace in a different code. Unfortunantly I don’t have much expierience with CSS so if anyone could send me some pointers… blah_blah_your_life_here@yahoo.com is my email. Also I’m comparing what the page source looks like from a friend with public, a non friend with public, a friend with private, and a non friend with private. And also once I compare the page sources in depth… try to re-write and save then open and see if somehow it can be tricked instead of simply viewing a private profile but perhaps to deceive it to thinking you are that persons friend so myspace will have a harder time filling that hole.. if every quit requesting codes that aren’t out there and actually tried themselves or assisted.. it’d be much easier. So please stop spamming all message boards with your email saying you need the code.. EVERYONE NEEDS THE CODE!

If its out there it will be posted here. No one is going to e-mail you privately and give you codes. If its not posted here at the top of the page (READ) then there isn’t one.
Also asking the same question about needing to view private stuff isn’t going to make them magicaly appear. Your just clogging up the page stop asking.

Yes people, the private profile comment / picture view hacks don’t work anymore, as they’ve been patched. But knowing Myspace and it’s reputation for sloppy coding practices, there will inevitably be another way to get into private profiles.

actually there is 3 codes that i know of, 1 is to view blogs, the other is 2 view the friends list, and the other is 2 view the videos. i have all of the one’s i don’t want and the one’s i really want i haven’t been able to figure out, like how to view the comments and pictures! if anyone has those i can switch, but i have to try yours out first to make sure it does work. let me know you’re email so i can email a request, once i try the code and it works, i will email you the one you want. thanxx.

My question: Have they found loopholes for viewing private profiles and blogs yet? I have been looking all over but MySpace has apparently found these loopholes, and have eliminated them. If you post your e-mail addresses, you’re definitely not hearing the moderators out. They cannot e-mail you with links that work for viewing private blogs and private profiles! They will post it on here, IF they find links that WORK. So, unless you’re truly hollow in the head, I suggest you stop displaying e-mail addresses. I have realized that these “codes” are clearly an urban myth. No one has ever contacted me with these elusive codes, and I seriously doubt that there is even a real-life moderator. It’s probably just someone who wants to see how desperate people can be. One thing is for certain, though. By putting my e-mail up on this site, I certainly began receiving a huge amount of SPAM, whereas I never had it before to any serious degree.
Aimee, I completely agree. I doubt very seriously these “codes” exist either. I have also not received any correspondence whatsoever after 2 posts. It looks like “S” selectively chooses who there is interaction with. My guess is “S” is a guy and he looks up the email addresses on MySpace or something like that to see if he can see who is posting. I imagine he only responds to the ones he is actually interested in. He’s probably just a chubby little teenager getting his kicks at the expense of those seriously looking for help.
As for the SPAM, yes, you are absolutely correct. I actually setup this account specifically for the purpose of posting on this site so my personal email would not be impacted. As of a day after my first post, this new email account has been FLOODED with SPAM.
So, this forum is a joke and there is no “code” to allow anyone to view private accounts on MySpace. If there were, there would be other sites (actually reputable sites) with them as well. I’ve been in touch with several of the more reputable sources and the general consensus is that there are currently no codes because MySpace has closed the loop on all that were available.
At any rate, it sucks there are losers like this out there but, such is life.
If you say so Aimee and Jay. I don’t have to prove anything to you and i will NOT post my method out publicly cause it will quickly get patched up just like all the other loopholes.
ANYONE who posts “send me codes/hacks ASAP, here is my email” can just forget it cause i’m not about to be back to square one trying to figure out another hack just because some idiot posts it out publicly for “everyone” to expose.
I do confirm that there are still loopholes out there but i for one am not dumb enough to post mine out there cause i’m sure we have internet police as like to refer to them who search forums just like these to patch up these public loopholes.
Well, then, S … to whom do you deem worthy of giving the illusive codes then? And, I don’t believe anyone expects you to post them and we are not stupid enough to expect as such, knowing full well that the loop holes will be closed. So, then, what’s the point of having such a Web site? Only the select are worthy? I guess some enlightment would be in order, so the unchosen may move on our merry way.
I agree with Aimee. Why even have a site like this if you’re just going to keep the info to yourself anyway?? That is of course assuming you do actually have a way to view the private profiles (which is still in question). I agree there are trolls that check these kinds of sites with the sole purpose of learning about and patching any loopholes out there. I also realize some people might be ignorant enough to take the technique and post it for the world to see which would result in a quick patch. That said, not everyone fits into those categories. I simply need to keep tabs on one profile. It would defeat the purpose for me to post the code somewhere only for it to be patched and no longer serve my needs. Then I’d be right back at square one.
So, if you do truly have a way to view private profiles (other than by creating a new account and making a friend request or using Firefox and removing the styles - which doesn’t work…), then what is it you need in order to be comfortable sharing this information? I can assure you I will not share the info with anyone and will only use it for my own purposes. But what will it take to convince you of this? I’ve found SOME private profiles won’t let you get the cached page and i’m not sure why,but if someone knew how to get around that it’d be awesome.
This is a very easy way to check a private profile and you don’t need a code.
But the private profile i wanted to check wouldn’t give me the cached page.i can help someone else out though.

They are a fucken myth because I remember searching for these hacks last summer and the search engine never showed them until around January 2007 despite the fact that the codes were posted on forums around August 2006 the month when I tried searching.

To all who are inquiring about a legit way 2 access private profiles i finally found a way to bypass myspace security code which disable profile for public viewing and also a way to view inbox msg but is far too complex for simple minded non hackers to comprehend i will be working on a tutorial to help those who need the help. the tutorial is still in the process n then will be reviewed by a sellect few to see if its understandable
